EASY TEMP FENCE HIRE FAQ's

​Q. DO WE HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT WHEN WE ACCEPT YOUR QUOTE?

A. ​​No. You pay once the equipment has been delivered. Up front payment or COD are only required when the rental period is less than 1 month.

Q. HOW MUCH NOTICE DO WE NEED TO GIVE PRIOR TO DELIVERY?

​A. We generally do next day delivery if ordered before noon. If you accept the quote early enough, chances are we can deliver the same day. It is always best to provide as much notice as possibly to avoid disappointment.​

Q. WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVE?

​A. All of greater Melbourne and Geelong.

Q. HOW LONG CAN THE EQUIPMENT STAY ON SITE?

​A. The equipment can stay on site as long as you need it. Once the initial rental has expired, we will invoice you on a monthly basis until the collection of the equipment.

​Q. IS THE EQUIPMENT INSURED?

A. Yes. We supply free insurance that covers damage or theft to our equipment while on your possession to the value of $500.00.

     Planet Hire is also fully insured for Public Liability.

​Q. DOES MY POOL REQUIRE TEMPORARY FENCING?

A. Yes. By law anything over 300 mm of water in a shell or pond is not legal unless it is fenced off to council specifications.

Q. DOES YOUR POOL TEMPORARY FENCING COMPLY WITH THE LAW?

A. Yes. It complies with Australian Standard A.S.1926.1-2007- Swimming Pool Safety - Safety barriers for swimming pools.
